Returns & Exchange Policy

  •  Any full priced items can be exchanged for a store credit within 5 days of receiving your order in a change of mind scenario

  • Shipping costs back to us from you are not included in the credit 

  • In the case of a wrong colour purchase the change of mind policy applies 

  • Returns can only be accepted if the items have not been worn, used or altered and come back to us in the original packaging & condition

  • A receipt of your purchase must be provided

  • Its the customers responsibility to ensure a safe send back to us. We do not cover any lost parcels during transit. We therefore recommend using tracked shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your purchase immediately after receipt and contact us within 5 days to report a problem in order to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Order Cancellation

​

We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order after it has been submitted, paid for and us starting work on it.

Faulty Items Returns Policy

​

Should your order for some reason arrive faulty we will happily provide a replacement and cover all costs that arise. Our jewellery comes with a 1 month warranty period.

​

Please note that we cannot provide a warranty replacement for any lost or accidental breakages outside of production fault. Outside of the warranty periods we do not accept returns for natural oxidisation of metals. Please understand that all metals will naturally start to oxidise over a period of time and this is out of our control, this time period will be sped up if jewellery is not cared for or comes in contact with chemicals such as perfumes, moisturisers, salt water or chlorine etc. Make sure to access our Care Guide and follow it carefully to best look after your jewellery.
